Voices for Displaced Syrians forum Persons organized a webinar entitled: Towards an International Monitoring Mechanism for the Safe, Voluntary, Informed and Dignified Return of Displaced Syrians. To discuss and present the research paper published by the Refugee Protection Watch (RPW). With the participation of more than twenty representatives of Civil society organizations interested in the Syrian issue.

Panellist Was : Willem States Policy and Partnership advisor Middle East at 11.11.11. Who presented and explained the research paper that aims to discover specific methods for an international mechanism that can monitor the conditions of safe, voluntary, informed and dignified return in Syria. The steps to be followed to monitor the safe and voluntary conditions for the return of Syrian refugees were also explained, and the six options that the paper evaluates to monitor the safe, voluntary, informed and dignified return conditions inside Syria were also listed. Also listed are six options the document considers to monitor conditions for safe, voluntary, informed and dignified return within Syria.
