About Orange Organization
Orange Organization was established in 2016 and registered in Turkey with legal registration under the number 27-019-146 to support developing Syrian NGOs and CSOs working in the humanitarian sector to enhance their capacities in supporting the communities they serve. Recently, Orange has expanded to provide support for Syrian communities during the crisis in food security and livelihoods, early recovery, protection, emergency, women empowerment, and a significant contribution in the education access and quality sector in NW Syria, Olive Branch, and Euphrates Shield with two main offices and six sub-offices in addition to projects centers.
Orange now has more than 170 full-time staff in both Turkey and Syria. Orange is operating in Turkey (Gaziantep, Hatay, Kilis, Sanliurfa, Mersin, Osmaniyeh, Nizip, and Kahramanmarash).
Orange aspires to achieve this mission and vision through response programming in different sectors of operations, including Education, Food Security and Agriculture, Protection, Early Recovery and Livelihoods, Health, Nutrition, WASH, Shelter, Camp Coordination and Camp Management (CCCM), and Civil Society Capacity Development sectors.1

Orange believes in gender equality and ensures to have it as much as possible, especially in the field, to ensure that females have equal access to jobs, services, and representation in Orangeâs decision-making processes. Orange is working to implement new frameworks regarding female equality in the workplace, and the eradication of harmful practices targeted at women is crucial to ending gender-based discrimination.
